We are committed to providing our clients with services that respect their privacy. This page summarizes the privacy policy and practices of Small Business BC and its affiliates (collectively, Small Business BC, Small Biz Education Centre, eBC, TradeStart, FirstBusiness). This Policy applies to all of the products, services and websites offered by Small Business BC and its affiliate. If you have any questions about this policy, please feel free to contact us.
Small Business BC does not automatically gather any personal information from you, such as your name, phone number, email or street address during your visit to its Web sites. This information is only obtained if you supply it voluntarily, usually through contacting us via email, feedback forms or verbally by telephone. All personal information you do provide is protected under the federal Privacy Act. Visitor information is not disclosed to anyone except the Small Business BC personnel who need the information to respond to a request. Small Business BC uses cookies to store randomly generated identifier for the visit. The cookies do not collect or contain personal information about you.  Any personal information you do provide is protected under the federal Privacy Act.
