Small Business BC Seminar Registration, Course Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please contact us if you have questions about wheelchair access to our facilities. Evening and weekend courses require special access to our 3rd floor facilities please call our registration line and check our website for information and directions.

Admissions
Unless otherwise indicated, seminar and workshop participants must be at least 18 years of age a Canadian citizen, landed immigrant or hold a valid student visa. We reserve the right to refuse registration.

Fee Payments
Your registration is complete when we receive your full fee payment. Payments can be online or in person. We do not reserve seats without payment.

Goods and Services Tax
GST, where applicable, has been added to the course fee.

Confirmation Email
An online confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of registration and payment. This email serves as a tax receipt and confirmation of your registration. A reminder email will be sent 48 hours prior to the seminar or workshop. If you don't receive a confirmation email please call us to confirm course details.

Cancellation Policies
We reserve the right to cancel a seminar or workshop. A course will be cancelled or rebooked if there is insufficient enrolment. You will be notified of changes/cancellations and refunds/options.

Course Cancellations and Refunds

We require notice of withdrawal from a course, by telephone or in person, at least three business days before the course begins. Upon giving proper notice, registrants will be assessed a service charge for refunds of course fees. No refund will be made for cancellations received later than three business days before the course begins.
